Internal development preview
This notice describes the current development environment. Public launch requires completed legal review, verified operator and grievance-officer contact information. Do not enter confidential client or case information in this preview.
Account information
We process your name, encrypted email address, professional category, hashed password, session records and explicit onboarding acknowledgements to create and secure your workspace. Your email is not verified unless the interface explicitly confirms verification.
Purpose and sharing
Account data is used for authentication, security and the workspace features you request. Cross-portfolio sharing, optional analytics and third-party AI are not enabled by signing up. No client payment processing or WhatsApp Business messaging is active.
Sessions and cookies
Essential cookies maintain your signed-in session and protect requests. You can review and revoke sessions in your workspace. No third-party marketing trackers are included in this foundation.
Optional profile analytics
Only after a visitor allows optional analytics, a random identifier scoped to that profile supports visit and content-use totals. Coarse device estimates, locally classified arrival sources and QR landing markers may be included. Analytics stores no raw IP address, full user-agent string, referrer URL, contact details or cross-profile identity. Raw consent/session evidence and capped contributor samples are retained for up to 30 days; combined totals for up to 36 calendar months. Small visitor categories are suppressed. Withdrawing stops future analytics for that profile; earlier combined totals remain. Visitor location has no configured source.
Your choices
Session revocation is available now. Data access, export, erasure and grievance workflows are being implemented before public launch. Retention schedules and grievance-officer details require operator and counsel confirmation.
